Legislation and official records, not a summary of them. Reading the statute on road tax changed two answers that comparison sites still get wrong.
Say when we don't know
A missing record shows as unknown, never as a guess. Roadworthy will not let you report a vehicle on information it could not verify.
Keep data on the device
Plate photographs are read on the phone and never uploaded. What we do not collect cannot be lost, sold or handed over.
Stay current
Tax bands are re-legislated every April and nothing breaks when they expire — which is why they are tested against the statute rather than trusted.
